Knee Injury

Hey guys :D
Havent posted in a while because on Thursday i had a knee injury and i was off school that day and my knee has been pretty sore since then and it feels pretty awkward now. So, let me tell you guys what happened!
Ok, so i woke up on thursday morning, got changed, got ready for school..i put my bag on as i was going to wait to open the door. I was in my hallway when i tried to put my back over my shoulder but my knee twisted or something and the next thing i know..im lying on the bottom of the hallway on my back, screaming very loudly in pain. My family gathered around me and they helped me get up and I remember my sister saying something like "oh, yay, her knee is unpopped" so i think my knee popped out. There was no blood, i didnt see exactly what happened but it was painful, it has been since then. I had the day off school so i spent my time on my laptop doing a few things. I'm kind of ok now..my knee just feels awkward.
